Experience
I began my real estate career in 1997. I earned my associate broker license in 2003 and my instructor's license in 2006. Over the course of my real estate career, I have sold hundreds homes with an almost equal split of sellers and buyers.

Awards/Recognition
I have earned the Distinguished Achiever Award from the Richmond Association of REALTORS every year since 1999. The team earned a Platinum Award this year marking my 10th consecutive year of receiving the Distinguished Achiever Award. Our team has received multiple KELLER WILLIAMS Achievement Awards for production (Silver, 2006; Gold, 2007; Double Gold, 2008) and the KELLER WILLIAMS Bronze Growth Partner Award for commitment to the office's growth in 2006.

Education
I have completed additional coursework beyond the minimum requirement in Real Estate Law, Real Estate Appraisal, Real Estate Finance, and Real Estate Brokerage Management. I have completed the education and production requirements to earn the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation, which is held by only 4% of REALTORS nationally. I earned the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation to better serve our buyer clients. I earned the Graduate, REALTOR Institute (GRI) designation.

Professional Affiliations
I am a member of the National Association of REALTORS, Virginia Association of REALTORS, and the Richmond Association of REALTORS. I am a member of the Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council (REBAC) and Council of Residential Specialists (CRS). I am coached by a professional business coach at Buffini & Company. I am an instructor at the KELLER WILLIAMS Richmond West Real Estate School.

Personal
During my free time, I enjoy wine tasting, traveling, watching movies and theater productions, and playing with my dog Trudy.

Operations Manager

Experience
I began my real estate career in 2005. I am the full-time licensed operations manager for the Team. I earned my associate broker license and my instructor's license in 2008. I helped open the KELLER WILLIAMS Richmond West Real Estate School at the end of 2008 and currently serve as its Lead Instructor. Prior to this career, I was a Latin teacher for 12 years in public schools in Virginia.

Education
I have completed additional coursework beyond the minimum requirement in Real Estate Law, Real Estate Appraisal, Real Estate Finance, and Real Estate Brokerage Management. I earned the Graduate, REALTOR Institute (GRI) designation. I earned the Accredited Buyer Representative Manager (ABRM) designation to better serve our buyer clients and support our agents working with our buyer clients. I also hold a Master's degree in adult education and distance learning.

I am a member of the National Association of REALTORS, Virginia Association of REALTORS, and the Richmond Association of REALTORS. I am a member of the Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council (REBAC). I am the lead instructor at the KELLER WILLIAMS Richmond West Real Estate School.

Personal
During my free time, I enjoy wine tasting, traveling, watching movies and theater productions, and playing with my dog Trudy. I teach courses in Latin and classical literature as an adjunct professor for the Classics Department at Randolph-Macon College in Ashland, Virginia.
